About me
Every wedding is a story.
I make sure it flows.
I am the event coordinator at Tenuta Passera Marchiotto, an exclusive venue set in a centuries-old forest in Vergiate, between Milan and Lake Maggiore. Every couple who chooses the Tenuta finds in me a single point of reference: one person who knows every corner of the venue, every supplier, every possible hiccup — and how to solve it.
To me, coordination is not a checklist: it is the difference between a wedding that is organised and a wedding that is truly lived. My work is invisible when everything goes well — and that is exactly how it should be.

From the first site visit to the last toast
On the day
I am the direction behind the scenes: I coordinate suppliers, staff and timing, handle the unexpected before you even notice, and make sure every moment — from the ceremony to the cake cutting — happens exactly when it should.
A plan B for everything
Ceremony in the forest or in the historic stables, sunshine or rain: every scenario already has its alternative ready. You will never have to worry about the weather, the logistics or the catering schedule.
Why a coordinator
“Couldn't we just organise everything ourselves?”
Of course you could. But on your wedding day you cannot be the newlyweds and the directors at the same time. Someone has to tell the photographer where to stand, the caterers when to bring out the cake, the band when to lower the volume. If you do it yourselves, you are not living your wedding: you are working it.
My job is to make you forget there is a job behind it.
